The Assured Success Plan is a monthly subscription that combines one-to-one training, consultation and uncompromising support. It ensures Web 2.0 and SaaS companies can quickly deploy and operate their applications on a highly available and scalable utility computing platform.
ASP is for new AppLogic users running Virtual Private Datacenters (VPDC). The training and consultations are tailored to the subscriber's individual needs and provided by 3Tera support team and engineers.
What do subscribers get?
Firms focusing on enabling ISVs to offer online application can leverage their expertise in IT infrastructure with AppLogic. By simplifying routine operations, AppLogic let's you engage smaller customers and focus on providing online services based on integrating scalable applications and managing them.
| Training | Subscribers get a one-on-one training session covering the basic operation of an AppLogic virtual data center. |
| Consultation | After training, users get three regularly scheduled consultation sessions during which 3Tera engineers will work with them to build their application infrastructure. |
| Support | To keep communication open as subscribers move into production, after the training and consultation is complete, subscribers receive up to five hours of pre-paid support per month. |
How to sign-up for ASP?
Subscribers who order virtual data centers through 3Tera or 3Tera’s partners can also order the Assured Success Plan at the same time. The training, consultation and support will always be provided directly by 3Tera.
